Both my daughter and my grandson have their own blogs so I thought why not start my own. I used to love to write and this may be the outlet I need to develop this love again.
I am retired from teaching, but still have a tremendous love for children, which makes having a 9 month old grandson so much fun. I love talking to my daughter on the phone and hearing his giggle and talking in the background. I also enjoy the precious moments when I get to go visit him and his wonderful parents in Texas.
I keep busy with belonging to different organizations and with taking bible studies which have really opened my mind and my heart to the word of God and the direction he wants us to take.
